Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 cup all-purpose flour (for dusting)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips. Stir until evenly mixed.

Prepare the Dough: Flour your work surface lightly. Take each biscuit from the package and flatten it with your hands or a rolling pin until it's about 1/4 inch thick.

Form the Bombs: Place a heaping tablespoon of the marshmallow and chocolate mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely, forming a ball. Repeat until all filling and dough are used.

Heat the Oil: In a deep skillet or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Bombs: Carefully place a few s'mores bombs in the hot oil (don’t overcrowd the pan). Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Add Finishing Touches: In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the cinnamon. Once the bombs are slightly cooled, roll them in the graham cracker mixture until thoroughly coated.

Serve: Dust with powdered sugar for a sweet finish. Enjoy your Fried S'mores Bombs while they are warm!
