Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips until well combined. Set aside.

Preheat Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Use enough oil to fully submerge the bombs while frying.

Roll Out Dough: Open the package of crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Lay them out on a clean surface.

Fill the Rolls: Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the s'mores mixture onto the thicker end of each triangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal, forming a ball. Make sure there are no gaps where the filling can escape.

Fry the Bombs: Carefully drop the filled dough balls into the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Drain and Cool: Once golden, use a slotted spoon to remove the fried s’mores bombs and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Dust and Drizzle: Once they’ve cooled slightly, dust the bombs with powdered sugar. Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate over the top for added indulgence.

Serve: Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, melty goodness inside!
