Ingredients
  

2 everything bagels

2 slices of crispy bacon

2 breakfast sausage patties

2 slices of smoked ham

2 slices of turkey bacon

1 slice of cheddar cheese

1 slice of pepper jack cheese

1 slice of Swiss cheese

1 slice of provolone cheese

2 large eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of butter

Fresh chives (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Meats: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook the breakfast sausage patties until browned on both sides and cooked through. Next, add the ham and turkey bacon, cooking until warmed and slightly crispy. Set aside all meats.

    Cook the Eggs: In a clean skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook sunny-side up or over-easy according to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.

      Toast the Bagels: Cut the bagels in half and toast them in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

        Assemble the Sandwich: On the bottom half of each toasted bagel, layer the meats: start with the sausage patty, then add the ham, followed by the turkey bacon, and finally, the crispy bacon.

          Add the Cheese: Place one slice of each cheese on top of the meat layers, allowing them to melt slightly from the residual heat. If desired, you can briefly place the assembled sandwich in a warm skillet to melt the cheese further.
