8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

4 large flour tortillas (or wraps)

1/4 cup strawberry jam

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

    In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined, ensuring you keep the mix light and airy.

      Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam over the entire surface of the tortilla.

        Spoon about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla and spread it evenly over the jam.

          Layer a handful of sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.

            Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape, making sure to keep the filling inside. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.

              Once all rolls are assembled, place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

                When ready to serve, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
