Easy Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream, mixing until smooth.

      Stir in the drained spinach, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise until well incorporated.

        Add the minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.

          Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
