Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Cut the dough into 12 equal squares.

In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.

Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mix in the center of each dough square.

Carefully fold the corners of each square towards the center, pinching to seal and create a little ball.

In a separate small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.

Dip each pizza bomb into the garlic butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the bombs with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Pair them with marinara sauce for dipping.
