Ingredients

4 cups water

4 black tea bags (or 4 tablespoons loose black tea)

1 orange, thinly sliced

2 cinnamon sticks

1/4 cup honey (or to taste)

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and add the black tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Steep for about 5 minutes, allowing the tea to become rich and aromatic.

After steeping, remove the tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Stir in the honey while the tea is still warm, ensuring it dissolves completely.

Add the thinly sliced orange to the tea and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate the tea for at least 1 hour or until chilled.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.

Garnish with additional orange slices and fresh mint leaves if desired.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes | Servings: 4
