Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup green onions (sliced, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

In another bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
