1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2-3 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust to spice preference)

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 4 slices)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving

Instructions

Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Cheeses: Fold in shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese until well incorporated.

Mix in Jalapeños and Bacon: Gently stir in the finely chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the dip mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) and spread it evenly.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with chopped green onions for extra flavor and freshness. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
