Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

4 slices of crispy turkey bacon (or regular bacon)

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 avocado, diced

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh basil or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and let cool on paper towels. Once cool, crumble or chop into pieces.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as desired.

      Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomato, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.

        Add Avocado and Bacon: Gently fold in the diced avocado and crumbled bacon, being careful not to mash the avocado.

          Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Toss gently to combine until everything is well coated.
