Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 tablespoon butter, melted

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty. Make sure they are thin enough to fit inside the dough.

Cook the beef patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned but not fully cooked (they will finish cooking in the oven). Remove from heat.

On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

Place a cooked beef patty in the center of each triangle, then top with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

Fold the edges of the crescent roll dough over the patty and cheese, pinching the seams to seal tightly.

Place the dough bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
