Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker crust

2 cups boiling water

1 packet (3 oz) strawberry Jello

1 packet (3 oz) orange Jello

1 packet (3 oz) pineapple Jello

1 packet (3 oz) green apple Jello

1 packet (3 oz) blue raspberry Jello

1 packet (3 oz) grape Jello

1 cup whipped cream (plus extra for topping)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

In separate bowls, dissolve each packet of Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Let the mixtures cool slightly.

Pour the first layer (strawberry) of Jello into the prepared graham cracker crust. Place in the refrigerator and allow to set for about 30 minutes or until firm.

Once the first layer is set, gently spread 1/3 of the whipped cream mixture over the Jello layer. To make the cream mixture, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whip until smooth and creamy.

Pour the next layer (orange Jello) over the whipped cream layer and return to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes until set. Repeat the process for each color of Jello, ensuring to add a whipped cream layer in between each Jello layer.

Once you reach the top of the crust with the grape Jello, allow the pie to set in the refrigerator for at least an additional 2 hours for the last layer to firm up completely.

Once fully set, top the pie with the remaining whipped cream and optional decorations such as pastel sprinkles, edible flowers, or fruit slices to enhance the Easter theme.
