Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully combined.

      Stir in the shredded cheese, cooked vegetables, and crumbled bacon or sausage if using. Mix well.

        Take each bagel half and arrange them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
