Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.

      Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables until evenly distributed.

        In a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom.

          Top the chicken mixture with an even layer of tater tots.

            Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

                Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

                  Garnish with chopped green onions for added flavor and color.
