Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Flour, for dusting

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.

Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

Cut the dough into 3-inch squares.

Place a tablespoon of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese mixture in the center of each square.

Fold the corners of the square toward the center to create a pouch, ensuring the cheese is sealed inside.

Arrange the cheese-filled bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Brush each bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for basting after baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining garlic butter for extra flavor. Serve warm.
