Ingredients

2 pounds of mini cocktail sausages (smokies or lil’ smokies)

1 cup of grape jelly

1 cup of spicy barbecue sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the grape jelly, spicy barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Place the cocktail sausages into the Crockpot.

Pour the sauce mixture over the sausages, ensuring they are well coated.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally for even coverage and to prevent sticking!

Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley for a pop of color!
