4 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (can use panko for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the seasonings.

      In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs until they are well combined.
