Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Whisk together to form a dry mixture.
Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a thick batter forms. It should be smooth but thick enough to coat the cauliflower.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow any excess batter to drip off.
Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Roll the battered cauliflower florets in the breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or drizzle with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Arrange the coated cauliflower bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, giving them space to cook evenly. You may need to work in batches.
Lightly spray the tops of the bites with olive oil to help them crisp up.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Once done, remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
