Ingredients
  

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

        Gently fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.

          Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

                Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies for dipping.
