Ingredients

1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips

4 tablespoons butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

½ teaspoon dried thyme

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooked pasta or rice (for serving)

Instructions

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but be careful not to let it burn.

Pour in the beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze and incorporate any browned bits.

Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, reducing slightly.

Return the sautéed beef to the skillet and sprinkle in the dried thyme. Stir everything together and let it cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the beef is heated through and the sauce has thickened.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Serve the creamy garlic beef over cooked pasta or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
