Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1-2 jalapeños, deseeded and finely chopped (adjust for spice preference)

2 tablespoons honey (or more to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries and 1/4 cup of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and become soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.

Once the cranberry mixture is cooled, add it to the mixing bowl along with the chopped jalapeños, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Taste the dip and adjust sweetness or seasoning as desired, adding more honey if desired for sweetness or additional lime juice for tanginess.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Before serving, garnish the dip with fresh cilantro.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the dip in a colorful bowl surrounded by tortilla chips and sliced veggies for a festive display. You can also add a few whole cranberries and cilantro leaves on top for a pop of color.
