Ingredients

12 oz linguine pasta

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Linguine: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits off the bottom of the skillet.

Add Cream and Cheese: Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

Combine Pasta and Chicken: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, followed by the linguine. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve: Plate the creamy linguine generous portions, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for a bright touch.

              Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the linguine in shallow bowls with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan cheese and a lemon wedge on the side for added freshness. Top with additional parsley for a vibrant finish.
