Instructions
Begin by cooking the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Add the cooled pasta to the chicken and vegetable mixture, followed by the dressing. Toss gently until everything is well combined and evenly coated.
Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and toss lightly again to incorporate.
Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Top the salad with croutons for an added crunch.
Notes
Serve in a large bowl or individual plates, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and whole cherry tomatoes.
