3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup baby spinach

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Cook Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Garlic: In the same pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.

Make the Cream Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the garlic. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Spinach: Stir in the baby spinach and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted.

Combine: Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, gently tossing until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Remove from heat, and dish out the creamy tortellini into bowls.

              - Presentation Tips: Garnish with fresh basil leaves and an additional sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top for an extra touch.
