1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Add the broccoli florets in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Cheesy Goodness: Gradually stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce becomes creamy.

Mix It Up: Add the drained penne and broccoli to the sauce, tossing everything together to coat evenly.
