Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Create the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the beef broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to cook for about 5 minutes, letting it thicken slightly.

Cheese and Spinach: Lower the heat and add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Add chopped spinach and Italian seasoning, mixing until the spinach is wilted. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, mixing until the pasta is well-coated in the creamy beef sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious creamy beef and bowtie pasta!
