Ingredients

12 ounces bowtie pasta

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper (red or green), diced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Vegetables: Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth, followed by the heavy cream. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet and stir to coat the pasta in the creamy beef sauce.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well incorporated. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
