Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Start by cooking the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper, then pour in the beef broth. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to blend well with the beef mixture.

Fold in the cooked pasta and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir gently until everything is well combined and heated through.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
