8 oz egg noodles

1 can (12 oz) tuna, drained and flaked

2 cups frozen peas and carrots mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Veggies: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the frozen peas and carrots mix, and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are warmed through.

      Prepare the Sauce: In the skillet, add the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Combine Ingredients: Reduce the heat to low, and stir in the cooked egg noodles and flaked tuna. Mix until everything is coated in the creamy sauce. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and combined.

          Serve: Remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
