Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can of refried beans

1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

3-4 fresh jalapenos, diced (remove seeds for less heat)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the refried beans, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapenos, reserving some jalapenos for topping if desired.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

If you reserved jalapenos, sprinkle them on top of the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if using.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping. Enjoy!
