1 pound ground beef (preferably 80/20 for juiciness)

4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese

4 hamburger buns (toasted)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 large dill pickle, sliced

Prep the Beef Mix: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined—avoid overworking the meat.
