Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter and minced garlic.

Add the finely chopped parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the bowl.

Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Using a fork or spatula, mix all the ingredients together until well combined and creamy. Make sure the garlic and herbs are evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll it into a log shape and twist the ends to seal. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Once ready to serve, slice off rounds of the chilled butter and place them on a plate. Serve alongside your favorite grilled steak for dipping.
