Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, olive oil, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

    Dust a clean surface with flour and knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes, until it’s soft and pliable.

      Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.

        Flatten each ball into a round disk, about 1/4 inch thick.

          Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

            Place the flattened disks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
