Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup artichoke hearts, diced

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 package (5 ounces) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with a little olive oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, diced artichoke hearts, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

Cut the rolled-out dough into half horizontally.

Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture down the center of each half of the dough, leaving about an inch border on all sides.

Fold the sides of the dough over the filling, then roll it all over to create a log, sealing the edges by pinching them together.

Place the chicken bakes seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a golden color while baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
