2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great!)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 large flour tortillas

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.

      Place one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken mixture horizontally down the center of the tortilla, leaving some space on the edges.

        Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, creating a wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining filling.

          Place the chicken bakes seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

            Brush the tops of the bakes with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

                Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing in half.

                  Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
