1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup lavender simple syrup (see below for recipe)

2 cups cold water or sparkling water

Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish

Lemon slices for garnish

Make the Lavender Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of dried lavender buds. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Once dissolved, remove from heat and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a clean jar and let cool.

    Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the coconut water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup. Stir well to combine.

      Add Water: Pour in the cold water or sparkling water to the pitcher. Adjust the sweetness by adding more syrup if desired.
