Ingredients
  

1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

½ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sliced strawberries or apples (optional for topping)

Whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If you are using a pizza stone, place it in the oven as it preheats.

    Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness (about 12 inches). If using a pizza stone, transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel sprinkled with flour or cornmeal.

      Brush the melted butter evenly over the surface of the dough.

        In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture generously over the buttered pizza dough.

          Carefully place the pizza dough in the preheated oven (or on the pizza stone) and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the sugar has caramelized slightly.

            While the pizza is baking, prepare the cream cheese mixture. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and fluffy.

              Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the warm pizza.

                If desired, arrange the sliced strawberries or apples on top of the cream cheese layer.

                  Slice the pizza into wedges and serve warm, optionally drizzled with whipped cream for an extra touch of sweetness.
