maple syrup or honey

raisins or dried cranberries
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruit if using, giving it a gentle mix.
Divide the oat mixture evenly into two jars or containers with lids.
Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 4 hours) so the oats can soak and soften.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir and adjust the consistency with an extra splash of milk if desired.
Top with additional chopped nuts, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor if wished before serving.
