Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (12 count)

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 tablespoons butter (for cooking)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh berries (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.

Open the can of cinnamon rolls and carefully unroll each roll to create a flat strip.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

Take each unrolled cinnamon roll and roll it back up into a log, then dip it into the egg mixture, soaking it well.

Place the dipped cinnamon roll in the preheated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Repeat this process with all cinnamon rolls, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.

Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and place on a plate. Drizzle with maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
