Ingredients

6 mini cinnamon rolls, sliced into quarters

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)

Maple syrup (for drizzling)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.

Gently add the sliced cinnamon roll quarters to the egg mixture, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let them soak for about 5 minutes.

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Using a slotted spoon, carefully transfer the soaked cinnamon roll pieces into the skillet, arranging them in a single layer. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Once cooked, remove the bites from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess butter.

To serve, stack the bites on a serving platter, dust with powdered sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
