Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Gently fold in the diced strawberries and semi-sweet chocolate chips with a spatula, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers appear set.

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

While the cookies are cooling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Once the cookies have cooled completely, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cookies using a fork or a piping bag for precision.

Allow the white chocolate to set before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 24 cookies

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve the cookies on a decorative plate, arranging them in a fan shape. Garnish with fresh strawberries for an extra touch, and dust with powdered sugar for a delightful finish.
