Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

½ cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and fluffy.

Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the cream cheese mixture, continuing to mix until well combined.

Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
