Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (can use rotisserie or grilled)

4 slices crispy bacon, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (plus more for garnish)

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: If not already done, shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and place it in a medium mixing bowl.

Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crisp. Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, then chop into small pieces.

Mix the Base: In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Combine Ingredients: Add the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, sliced green onions, and cheddar cheese (if using) to the mayo mixture. Gently fold everything together until evenly combined.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the dip and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper or additional lemon juice if desired.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dip chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with extra green onions and bacon if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
