500g ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for frying

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, egg, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well incorporated.

    Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a patty; repeat until all the mixture is formed into patties (about 12-14 patties).

      Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

        Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.

          Fry each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

            Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

              Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce or in a burger bun with lettuce and tomato.
