Ingredients
  

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended.

    Add the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

      Sprinkle in the minced garlic and smoked paprika. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of flavors.

        Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the honey or lemon juice based on your sweetness or tartness preference.

          If desired, fold in the chopped fresh parsley for added freshness and color.

            Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
