Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken, chopped

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Flour (for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella, ranch dressing, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully combined.

Assemble the stromboli: Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside.

Seal the edges: Pinch the edges of the dough to seal it and tuck the ends under to enclose the filling completely. Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with egg wash: Brush the top of the stromboli with the beaten egg for a golden finish. Optionally, you can sprinkle additional Italian seasoning or garlic powder on top for extra flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Cool and slice: Once baked, allow the stromboli to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing into portions.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the slices warm, accompanied by extra ranch dressing for dipping. You can enhance the visual appeal by garnishing with chopped parsley or extra green onions on top.
