2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped

1 cup fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, cooked fettuccine, ½ cup of the Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.

      Assemble Roll-Ups: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce over the tortilla (about 2 tablespoons). Place ¼ cup of the chicken and broccoli mixture along the center of the tortilla, sprinkle with a little shredded mozzarella cheese, and then roll it up tightly.

        Repeat: Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

          Prepare Baking Dish: In a baking dish, spread the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly on the bottom. Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the dish, fitting them snugly together.
