1 pound ground beef

1/2 pound ground pork

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing for tender meatloaf.

      Divide the meat mixture into equal portions (approximately 2 tablespoons each) and flatten them in the palm of your hand.

        Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened meat portion. Carefully fold the meat around the cheese, pinching to seal, and shape into balls.

          Arrange the stuffed meatloaf bites on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have space between them for even cooking.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

              While the meatloaf bites are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.

                Once cooked, remove the meatloaf bites from the oven, and let them rest for a few minutes.

                  Garnish with chopped parsley before serving and serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
