Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Season the mixture with onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste; stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping. Garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley.
