Ingredients

1 head of garlic

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Assorted dippers (crackers, bread, veggies)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves slightly. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cloves are soft and fragrant.

Once the garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze the soft cloves out of their skins into a mixing bowl.

Add the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and sour cream to the bowl.

Sprinkle in the dried oregano, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve warm with assorted dippers like crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetable sticks.
